    We’ve helped Thousands feel better

I want to thank Sukriti for all the help and advice she gave me in the past nine months. She met me when I was feeling really low. She was there for me when I went through a tough time and helped me handle it. I will always be grateful for her care. Though I'm still on a long road to getting better (if it happens). I'm happy to say I'm doing much better now. I haven't learned to forgive, but I'm slowly learning to let go while remembering the bad things. I know I did my best with the help of friends and professionals to get past the pain. And if the last few months taught me anything, it's that I need to trust in my own abilities and that I can count on friends, both near and far, who are ready to lend a hand. Each day, I'm gaining more confidence. I know everything will work out in the end. As Dr. Sukriti always tells me “Practice makes progress”!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sukriti Drabu for her unwavering support during one of the most challenging periods of my life. When I first met Dr. Sukriti, I was consumed by overwhelming thoughts of self-harm and suicide. The pain felt unbearable, and I couldn't see a way out. But Dr. Sukriti was my guiding light. Her compassion and non-judgmental approach provided me with a safe space to open up about my deepest fears and emotions. She listened to me with empathy and understanding, offering me perspective when I had lost all hope in myself. With her guidance, I gradually discovered and developed healthier ways to cope with my self-doubt. Dr. Sukriti not only helped me in our sessions but also actively collaborated with other mental health professionals to ensure I received comprehensive care. She connected me with a supportive network of resources, ensuring that I had access to the tools and assistance I needed on my journey to recovery.
